They are commonly used to seal and protect threaded or non-threaded openings during manufacturing, transportation, or storage. These components help prevent contamination, protect against environmental factors, and maintain product integrity. Examples include masking in painting processes, covering ports in medical devices, and safeguarding connectors in electronic devices.

We offer an extensive range of caps and plugs designed to offer protection to male and female threads, exposed studs, tubes, and holes up to 127 mm diameter. Produced from silicone rubber they will withstand temperatures of up to 315ºC and are reusable. In addition, we offer a custom moulding service designed and manufactured to your specification.
