Delivery & Return Policy

For orders taken by 2.30pm Monday – Thursday and orders taken by 1.30pm Friday, we aim to despatch in stock items the same day, but please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.

Delivery times assume that all items ordered are in stock. If items are not being held in stock CCS Tapes will undertake to advise the customer directly at point of sale or as soon as is practicably possible.

Weekends and public holidays

Although orders are accepted via our website on weekends and public holidays, we are not able to dispatch orders at these times. Orders received at these times are dispatched on the next available working day.

Delivery is charged at £10.49 per Order, if your order is over £350 then delivery is FREE (UK only) on standard next day carrier only.

We can deliver to anywhere in UK.

Next Day Courier

We offer a next day courier service. This service offers complete peace of mind in terms of consignment tracking and insurance. Orders are collected directly from our warehouse and are for a next working day delivery. Standard next day deliveries can arrive Monday to Friday any time between 7.00am and 5.00pm. All our next day deliveries require a signature. If you are not in at the time of delivery our couriers will leave a card and will try to deliver on the next two consecutive working days. If they are unable to deliver after that point, the goods are sent back to us.

Our couriers try to deliver next day, however this not a state guarantee (unless on a timed delivery) most items sent do arrive next day, but some may take longer. For this reason, we are unable to accept responsibility for any costs or damages in relation to late deliveries.

Returns Policy

We have a very fast order turnaround time- if you wish to cancel an order, you must do so as soon as possible. You can email us or call 01204460360 to cancel an order.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be requested in writing by emailing us

Upon receipt of the email, we shall investigate the problem and if in agreement we will advise how we will rectify the situation.
